– Item must be in original condition
– Item must include original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible:
– Personalized or custom-made jewelry
– Items showing signs of wear or damage
– Items without original packaging
4. Exchange Options
If your request is approved, we may offer:
– Product exchange
– Store credit (avoir)
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only after:
– Receiving the returned item
– Inspection & quality verification
– Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
(Standard return fee: 50 MAD, unless otherwise stated.)
7. Product Inspection
All returned items undergo verification:

– Compliance with original order
Items failing inspection may be refused.
